​Jason Sherman is a serial entrepreneur, award winning filmmaker, journalist and tech startup expert. He has given guest lectures at Drexel University, Temple University, and University of Pennsylvania, as well as several hackathons and tech meetups. His new book "Strap on your Boots" is the culmination of his life's work to help other entrepreneurs succeed and was the focus of a class he created and taught at the illustrious Wharton School of Business. He created Instamour because of his frustration with meeting new people based on interests. By creating Instamour, Jason took a different approach to how people first get to know each other, and he truly believes this is the next evolution in online discovery. Kutub is an experienced Information technology architect and has been based in the Greater New York City area for around two decades. His focus areas are data-warehousing, mobile/web backend integration, cloud and distributed systems. He worked in a number of technology roles covering domains such as finance, health-care, retail, life-sciences and product/services organizations. He holds a Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering and a Masters in Technology Management. Kutub is the backbone to our code base and infrastructure whom has built a scalable, robust platform that welcomes millions of users.

A graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Kristin is a single mother who has been a promotional model and spokesperson for Fortune 500 companies such as Ogilvy & Mather in Manhattan, NY. She is a women's advocate blogger and has been on the Today show speaking on behalf of single moms. She has had an extensive career in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry and was a leading matchmaker and relationship counselor for a popular matchmaking firm in Pennsylvania. Eric Raymond

Director of Business Development

Eric is a Cum Laude graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He Co-Founded Benefit Vault, LLC in 2013 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until October 9, 2014. Mr. Raymond founded Corporate Synergies Group Inc. in 2003 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until August 2008. He wrote the first internet insurance shopping software in 1983 with Prodigy, Viewtron and Chemical Bank’s Pronto System. An Active Executive in the Philadelphia professional community, he serves as the Chairman of the Save the Species Foundation, which he co-founded and funded. He serves as a Director of Albert Einstein Medical Center, Corporate Call Center and OranguTan Repuplik Foundation. He is a wealth of knowledge and strategy which will serve a grand purpose for Instamour.

Chuck Stormon

Chuck Stormon has more than 22 years of experience as a senior corporate executive and entrepreneur across the telecommunications, internet, software, semiconductor, defense and electric utility industries. Until September 2007, Mr. Stormon was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Tekelec, a $550 million NASDAQ-traded telecommunications equipment manufacturer. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, three (3) US Patents, and has many publications. Chuck has successfully raised over $47 million in capital and generated significant shareholder wealth through exits totaling $101 million and counting.

 

Nasir Ali

Nasir Ali is Executive Director of the Seed Capital Fund of CNY and CEO of Upstate Venture Connect (UVC). He also serves on the board of the Upstate Venture Association of New York and Chequed. Ali moved to Syracuse from Washington, DC, where he was an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton charged with helping IRS Commissioners manage over $1 billion in technology modernization and workforce restructuring initiatives. He received his MBA in finance and operations management from Yale University’s School of Management, where he helped initiate a joint master’s degree program in industrial environmental management. Ali graduated from Princeton University with a degree in physics and a concentration in economics.

Mr. Solomon is an experienced senior executive (public and private companies) and board member. He is a proven business, and technology leader. He closed a $6.8MM deal with Amdahl; closed/managed key accounts including BankBoston, Wachovia, UBS, The Gap, VISA, Applied Materials, Lucent, CSC, U.S. Army. Closed/managed $30 million (per year) Spanish National Lottery and managed the $400M Bell Laboratories account for DEC. He has captured investor interest and millions of dollars in funding—successfully raised funds 3 times, with both angel and established investors (Goldman Sachs).

 

Charles Foley

Charles has over 20 years experience leading both private and public company teams to success. As the President of Tacit Networks, he designed the marketing and business development strategies that led to their profitable acquisition by Packeteer (NASDAQ: PKTR). As CEO of InfiniCon Systems, he built and led the company to a leadership position; the company was acquired by QLogic (NASDAQ:QLGC). While at EVP & CTO, INRANGE Technologies, Chuck was Project Manager for the extremely successful year 2000 IPO (NASDAQ: INRG) which reached a $5.5B market cap while revenues rose from $185M to $265M in two years.

Kate's experience includes public offerings and private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities; mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions, the securitization of residential mortgages and trade receivables; tax-exempt bond offerings and other commercial financings. She represents public, private and nonprofit entities, including manufacturing and telecommunications companies, banks and insurance companies, educational and charitable institutions, private foundations and high-growth entities in the life sciences and technology industries.

 

Josh Detweiler

VP of User Acquisition & Globalization

Josh is an expert at growth hacking in the mobile app space. As the Director of Product for MeetMe, he directed a multimillion dollar user acquisition strategy responsible for driving over 1 million new users per month to the various platforms globally before it was sold for $100M to QuePasa. He specializes in monetization, revenue strategy implementation, user experience, and globalization.

 

Gloria Steinberg

Gloria received her Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry from Drexel University and Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Kline School of Law at Drexel University. Gloria is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additional admissions include the USPTO, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association, Ben Franklin American Inn of Court, and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Gloria is also the founder and editor-in-chief of IPRookie.com, and a monthly contributor for Ms. JD. Additionally, Gloria is conversationally fluent in Korean and currently holds the rank of Captain in the Medical Service Corps of the United States Army Reserve.
